The Support Desk Dashboard provides a central overview page within the Support Desk module. This dashboard consists of various widgets that give users quick insights into the status of support tickets, planned changes, and service reports.

Regularly check service reports to stay updated on past incidents and resolutions, which can help with troubleshooting recurring issues. This section displays the most recent service reports. If no reports are available, a message will be shown: No service reports were published! Check back at a different time.
