Once completed, a confirmation message will appear: “New network is created!” Click View Network to navigate directly to the network details page.
After a network is created, it may take up to 15 minutes before all changes are fully visible and synchronized across both Meraki and Pollux.
If you run into issues while creating a new Meraki network:
Verify that the location exists in Pollux and is selected correctly.
Make sure the devices are already claimed in the Meraki organization inventory.
Check if the Meraki API key and organization settings in Pollux are configured properly.
Allow up to 15 minutes for synchronization before retrying.
If problems persist, contact the Pollux support team with the error message or screenshots for faster troubleshooting.
